Millennium Auto Sales is seeking a customer service representative who can learn quickly and adapt to a high pace environment. We have been established for over 22 years and constantly growing. The ideal candidate for this position will deliver high quality customer service and become a consultant to each customer. This will be a salary position. We offer a competitive 401k and benefits package including medical and paid time off.

Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features, comparing to competitive models. Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; meeting prospects; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries. Understand buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport. Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features. Begin and finalize sales process. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications. Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Applicant must have High Diploma/GED. Bilingual is preferred and encouraged to apply. Must have great customer service and communication skills. Computer skills is a must. Previous automotive experience would be great but not necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
